Angie’s Nest is a house fully renovated in 2024, located in the heart of Estepona’s old town. Its location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the city on foot, with the beach, marina, restaurants, and shops just minutes away. It’s an ideal place to experience local life in one of the most authentic and vibrant areas of the Costa del Sol.

On the main floor, the house offers a spacious and welcoming living-dining room, equipped with digital television, connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable and functional stay. An additional toilet is also located on this floor for added convenience.

On the second floor are the two bedrooms, both with double beds, air conditioning, and Juliet balconies that provide natural light and ventilation. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower, located in the hallway.

On the top floor, Angie’s Nest has a small terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Estepona’s climate. On this level you’ll also find the washing machine and ironing board, offering a practical solution for longer stays.
